Are you stuck at home more often these days while thinking up new ways to keep your child occupied with activities? It is essential that children continue their learning and education.
The Montessori Board have been designed for infants and toddlers to develop their fine motor skills. These skills start to develop through the use of smaller muscles in their hands, wrists, fingers, feet and toes. Developing these muscles includes actions like grasping, holding, pressing, or using a pincer grip (holding something between the fore-finger and thumb). Practicing these skills are crucial as it leads up to completing tasks such as being able to hold a pencil/pen to write and draw, pouring a cup of water, tying shoelaces, zipping up a jacket etc.
Recommended for children around the age of 1 and onwards, and always supervise your child.
