Shipping Info

All orders are processed during business hours on Mondays to Fridays.

The current order processing time is 2-5 working days.

Current postage charges:

$7.95 standard delivery for orders under $100

FREE Standard delivery for orders over $100

Current postage time:

7 to 15 working days after dispatched 

*We do offer Express Delivery on selected items which will be clearly mentioned on the product description or our promotions. 

Our express delivery time is 2 to 3 working days after dispatched.

International Postage charges and time:

We are working on bringing more affordable shipping methods and prices for our international shoppers.  

All orders come with Tracking Numbers which will be emailed to you when your package is picked up by a shipping provider.

 

We do our best to wrap and package your order as securely as possible to avoid any potential damages while in transit. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of your package once they have been picked up and are handled by the shipping provider. However we will strive to work with you and the shipping provider to solve any issues that you may experience as long as it is within our control.

 

We do not receive any special insights into customers tracking details, therefore please contact the shipping provider directly. 

Please note that the delivery times provided are guideline only and we will notify you if an order is delayed. 

Sometimes your items may arrive in more than one package and in separate deliveries. To help you keep track, your packages would be assigned with different tracking numbers. We advise that customers read their email notifications carefully. 

 

Due to the volume of orders we receive during our sale season (Mother’s Day, EOFY, Christmas etc) orders might take a little longer than usual to process and deliver to you. 

 

Please make sure your order is correct.

No order changes or cancellations are accepted once the order has been placed.

 

If you need your order to arrive before a specific date, please contact us first so we can assure the delivery timeframe. We are not responsible if your order arrives later than you expected because you did not read our shipping policy or did not contact us first and we will not offer refund or store credit in this case.
